Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more, applied automatically at checkout. US orders under $50 pay the standard rate shown at checkout, usually about $5 to $6 for one shirt or hat and $7 to $9 for one mug or poster. International orders pay the rate shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Everything is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery within the US usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within 5–12 business days of purchase. Times can run longer around the holidays, so order early for Christmas and other gift dates.

Where are your products made?

DaddyOMerch is a small, independent Southern California business. Our designs are original and created in-house, and each item is printed on demand by our production partners in the USA after you order.

Do you ship outside the US?

Posters ship to US addresses only. If you have a question about shipping a different item to your address, email us at info@daddyomerch.com before you order.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you ordered several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

What if my package is lost or stuck?

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll help. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are the carrier's responsibility. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, because orders returned as undeliverable can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every item is made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or the wrong size. Please check the Size Chart on the product page before ordering.

What if my item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective?

Email info@daddyomerch.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a refund, and you don't need to send anything back.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of purchase, before your order goes to print. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

What sizes do you offer?

Sizes vary by product. Our cocktail recipe tees, for example, are Comfort Colors 1717 shirts in sizes S–4XL. The Size Chart on each product page lists the exact measurements.
