Refund policy

Misprint & Damage Guarantee

Every item is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing (please check the Size Chart before ordering). If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we'll replace it free or refund you in full.

Misprints, damage and defects

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Once confirmed, we'll send a free replacement, or a refund if a replacement isn't possible. Nothing needs to be sent back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll help. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are the carrier's responsibility.

Addresses

We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Undeliverable orders can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they go to print.
